Gigalty is a real estate platform where people can look for homes, list properties, and work with agents in one place. After operating for several years, the team started noticing places where the experience could be smoother and the performance stronger. After analyzing how users interact with the platform, collecting and reviewing their feedback, and checking how internal processes, external integrations, backend configuration, and UI UX parts function in practice, we aligned with Gigalty’s executives to implement the following improvements:
- Optimize user flows for all core user groups and implement interactive map functionality
- Migrate the platform to a more stable hosting environment and reconnect all essential APIs
- Redesign general and advanced filters to improve search accuracy and navigation
- Add new features, including secure document signing, internal and group chats, a call-booking system, and broader property management capabilities
- Prepare a roadmap outlining tactical updates and long-term strategic improvements
Result
We delivered the full scope in three months. The platform now performs more reliably, user interactions are clearer, and Gigalty has a defined plan for upcoming product updates. We also set up the core web app structure that will let us build a mobile app later.
Our collaboration continues. Lember now supports Gigalty with ongoing product updates and preparations for attracting new investment and entering additional real estate markets.
