Victoria started her career in tech sales while still at university. She quickly became one of the top sales managers at a leading Ukrainian software company. After graduation, she stepped into a Head of Sales role at a SaaS company, where she grew her team’s KPIs by more than 180%.

A few years later, she took the CEO role and helped the company land 7+ enterprise clients in less than two years. After that chapter, she co-founded Lember and joined its executive team, bringing hands-on experience in sales and operations to building the company from the ground up.

Victoria has always been passionate about technology trends, innovation, and how the global software market keeps changing.
