About Author

With over 20 years in web development and design, Konstantin has built a career defined by experience, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning. In the early 2010s, he co-founded his first digital agency with several friends. Within five years, the company had grown to more than 30 specialists, facing welcome challenges such as finding a large open-space office in the center of Kharkiv to support further growth.

Over the years, Konstantin worked as Chief Officer, lead designer, and team manager, delivering projects that strengthened companies’ presence in the digital arena. After closing operational gaps and building strong internal processes, he took on new challenges and became the COO and co-founder of Lember, a software development company.

On our blog, Konstantin shares insights on building complex custom applications from scratch, redesigning and enhancing UI/UX for a wide range of digital products (especially SaaS), and giving strategic business advice to startup founders and entrepreneurs who are just starting their journey in tech.

Preparing Your Financial Platform for AI Integration

AI is increasingly becoming part of how financial platforms operate. Fraud detection, risk scoring, transaction monitoring, predictive cash flow analysis. These are not experimental features anymore. They are operational tools in many fintech and financial SaaS products. But integrating AI into a financial platform is not the same as adding a dashboard or a new […]

Making Financial Dashboards Smarter: Practical AI Use Cases That Improve Decision-Making

Financial dashboards are supposed to make decisions easier. In reality, many of them simply make data visible. Revenue trends, cost breakdowns, transaction volumes, risk indicators are all there. The problem is that users still have to interpret everything themselves. The dashboard shows what happened. It rarely helps determine what deserves attention right now. This gap […]

Hiring ReactJS Developers Remotely: How to Keep Code Quality Predictable at a Distance

When companies hire ReactJS developers remotely, the first problems rarely appear early. Features are delivered, interfaces look correct, and progress feels steady. At this stage, it is easy to assume that everything is working as expected. Issues usually surface later, when even small changes become harder to predict. Updates in one part of the interface […]

React Without Overengineering: How to Build Stable Products That Last

React gives a lot of freedom. That freedom can be valuable, but it also creates a common problem. Many React applications become complex much earlier than necessary. Instead of improving flexibility or scalability, this complexity often makes products harder to maintain and less predictable over time. Overengineering rarely comes from bad intentions. It usually starts […]

SaaS Integration Services: How to Connect, Scale and Fix Modern SaaS Products

SaaS products do not exist in isolation. Even the simplest product relies on multiple SaaS applications, internal services, and shared data flows. Integrations are not an add-on introduced later. They define how the product operates across teams, tools, and customers. Most SaaS integration problems do not appear at launch. They surface as the product grows, […]

What Companies Actually Pay For in SaaS Development

When companies start exploring SaaS development, the first question is usually about cost. Budgets, timelines, estimates. What often remains unclear is what those numbers actually represent. Many teams expect to pay primarily for code: features implemented, screens built, integrations connected. In reality, code is only the visible part of the work. In many SaaS projects, […]

Designing a High-Performance API Gateway: A Practical Engineering Process

Designing a high-performance API gateway is not a matter of enabling the right settings or choosing a popular framework. Real performance comes from the internal decisions that shape how the gateway handles network I/O, parses requests, matches routes, applies limits, and manages connections. These decisions determine whether the system stays stable under thousands of concurrent […]
