About Author

With over 20 years in web development and design, Konstantin has built a career defined by experience, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning. In the early 2010s, he co-founded his first digital agency with several friends. Within five years, the company had grown to more than 30 specialists, facing welcome challenges such as finding a large open-space office in the center of Kharkiv to support further growth.

Over the years, Konstantin worked as Chief Officer, lead designer, and team manager, delivering projects that strengthened companies’ presence in the digital arena. After closing operational gaps and building strong internal processes, he took on new challenges and became the COO and co-founder of Lember, a software development company.

On our blog, Konstantin shares insights on building complex custom applications from scratch, redesigning and enhancing UI/UX for a wide range of digital products (especially SaaS), and giving strategic business advice to startup founders and entrepreneurs who are just starting their journey in tech.

Fintech Mobile App Development: What Modern Apps Require From Day One

Modern fintech mobile apps are expected to behave like complete financial systems, not like lightweight consumer products with a payment screen attached. Even when the interface looks calm and minimal, there is usually a much heavier structure underneath: transaction states that need to survive network drops, onboarding flows wired into KYC providers, security controls reviewed […]

Payment Orchestration System: What Changes in Payment Flows When You Introduce It

Running payments without orchestration often looks straightforward on the surface. A customer clicks “pay,” the request goes to a provider, and either the transaction succeeds or it fails. But anyone who has worked with payment systems at scale knows this simplicity is an illusion. Behind that single click sits a chain of decisions: which provider […]

When Custom Development Starts to Make Sense in Fintech Products

Fintech products rarely operate as standalone systems. They sit between banks, card networks, ledger services, compliance tools, and user-facing interfaces, each with its own data model, timing, and assumptions. The result is a layered architecture where transactions, balances, and statuses exist in multiple places at once, each telling a slightly different version of the same […]
